Offering Substantial Savings for Our Heroes

The Young Team's Here for Heroes program supports the hard-working people who make our communities safer, healthier, better places to live. In appreciation of their efforts and dedication, The Young Team will reward our local heroes—military personnel, first responders, medical caregivers, and teachers—with a 20% commission rebate and discounted real estate services to homebuyers who qualify.

We will provide an adjusted commission and discounted real estate services for program-qualified local heroes who choose to list their home with us. No matter if buying or selling a home, our goal is to help our heroes with every part of the real estate process. A hero gives their all to serve us and so shall we in serving them.

Our program follows the same occupation eligibility guidelines as the Ohio Heroes program of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency.
